Be a NAMI Volunteer!
NAMI SWI is looking for volunteers to help with upcoming events and office activities. If you have ever thought about volunteering for NAMI but just were not sure how then now is the time!
Gala
We are looking to the future and would like to do a more formal event to raise funds. Typically this means a dinner with a silent and oral auction. We would like to encompass in our theme the psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and therapists that are so important to our community. We need volunteers to chair the event and sit on the committee.
HelpLine Volunteers
Right now we have two volunteers trained to handle HelpLine calls. This is not a "Crisis" line. What is important is to know the local resources and how to assist callers to get what they need. Training will be available.
Board of Directors
If you are interested in becoming a member of the NAMI SWI Board of Directors, send an email to mrudolph@namiswi.org detailing:

- What skills you bring to the Board or how you will contribute to
the Board - Your résumé
Applications will be reviewed by the nominating committee and applicants will be contacted for a phone interview if they are found to be suitable. Members of the Board hold a three year term.
